Our Structure

Here at The Royalty Institute of Leadership and Innovation we pride ourselves on providing a high school structure that is conducive to the full development of the student athlete. Below we highlight our unique structure. Our Institute is an all boys institute. We serve a total of 60 young men, grades 9-12, with 15 young men per grade.

The Basic Structure

The Royalty Institute of Leadership and Innovation is founded on the principle of developing the entire student. At Royalty, we believe that education should be student centered. It should encompass student interest in collaboration with the skills students need in order to be successful. At Royalty we offer:

1) academic development through a computer based curriculum

2) weekly leadership development and innovative thinking seminars

3) weekly experiential learning opportunities

4) an ownership of community

5) project management training

6) An apprenticeship program that offers students real life work experience in barbering and appliance repair

It is our belief that this focus on students culminates in the most well rounded students in the country. More Importantly we vow that our institute will always provide in-depth learning experiences for our students, or we will close.

A year round Institute

Our Institute year runs from July to June, with Student breaks built into our calendar. Our reasoning for this is simple, research shows that there is a loss of knowledge during the summer break period. Our goal is to eliminate this gap and work to progress our young men year around.
